Hotel Venice Resort Airport - Tessera

By and large, it was decent place for sightseeing in Tessera, had much fun and met very welcoming staff on the reception desk on the 11th. The location in a safe area was particularly good and perfect and there were a supermarket and shops nearby. The restaurant was located within 500 metres.

I travel a lot for my job and I have never been treated like the waitress named Emma at the breakfast buffet. I asked her if the juices were natural and she laughed in my face and said no, that was too expensive for what I had paid for and she kept laughing in the kitchen telling someone, but I could still hear. Seconds later I ask her about the coffee and she YELLS at me and my family and tells me to just pick up and eat what was on the buffet and then once I sat down she would come and ask me about the coffee. Yelling at me and again, with that smile on her face, making fun of us . It's a pity that hotels like this one have this kind of staff because at least I'm not going back, I don't think I'll give this lady the chance to spoil my breakfast

location of the hotel is exceptional near the Marco Polo airport, you can even walk there as it is about 15 minutes away at a normal pace. There is a bus stop near the hotel to get to Venice, is about 30 minutes away. bathroom in the room that touched them was great and bed comfortable. furniture was classic. the check-in and check-out were quick. Breakfast is available, although there is not much variety. quality/price ratio is very good given the location.

Our room was just above reception and at least there was no elevator in that part. The price of the shutter for two people was 15 euros, a bit excessive considering that by car it should not take more than 2 minutes. It is still optional and you can always take a walk to get to the airport

As a tourist in a strange country, I found the hotel easy to find and drive to. Parking was easy and it was a pleasant walk to the restaurant just up the road. The staff were helpful and seemed to speak most languages

Quiet location, only 1 mile from airport, clean and free parking.

Pricey, windows have shutters and open onto car park.

Close to the airport, easy parking, room cleanliness. There is everything you need.

Little number

The receptionist was rude and very unhelpful! He has since started emailing me on my personal email account! Be very wary about giving your contact details to these people. We stayed a month ago and we are still being bothered by the receptionist Claudio. Not family friendly.

Convenient location to Venice Marco Polo airport, provision of a shuttle service to airport. Free wi-fi.

Tiled floors to room and corridor, very noisy when other guests/staff walking in corridor and disturbing if during the night. Room would be much more comfortable with carpets but this was a winter visit perhaps in the summer it is better?

It is close to the airport, it is a well-suited place if you have to catch a plane in the early morning!

there is no elevator and nobody helps you to carry your bag upstairs

Not bad for a quick stay

The location is fantastic if you're flying soon, it was just a 20-minute walk to the airport. The pool area was great, I could chill there while waiting for my flight.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but it was still acceptable for what I needed.

The room was large with two separate sleeping areas which was helpful as we had our son with us. The breakfast staff was helpful by making us coffee to take to our room.

There was no coffee/tea maker in the room.

It offers really tasty breakfasts with made-to-order coffee...

Their breakfast is basic, can be better.
